Safe School is an extension of the ready teacher program.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Safe School is an extension of the ready teacher program. Once a facility achieves a 90% staff completion of the program, they will be awarded a Safe School certificate to acknowledge their efforts in protecting the health and well-being of students, guests, and visitors.

"Today our faculty and staff completed the Stop the Bleed course offered by the St. George Firefighters Foundation. The purpose of this course is to help our teachers recognize life-threatening bleeding and intervene before the arrival of first-responders. The St. George Firefighters Foundation also provided each of our teachers with an emergency bleeding kit for their classrooms and a kit for each front office. Thank you to the St. George Firefighters Foundation for offering this training!"
