COURSE DESCRIPTION

Ready Teacher is designed for educators and educational facility staff. It consists of compression-only CPR and bleeding control courses. Upon successful completion, the participant will receive a certificate and a bleeding control kit designed for use in their workplace. This course is approximately 3-4 hours in length.

"Today our faculty and staff completed the Stop the Bleed course offered by the St. George Firefighters Foundation. The purpose of this course is to help our teachers recognize life-threatening bleeding and intervene before the arrival of first-responders. The St. George Firefighters Foundation also provided each of our teachers with an emergency bleeding kit for their classrooms and a kit for each front office. Thank you to the St. George Firefighters Foundation for offering this training!"
